We recommend that you not if that’s possible (though it will do no harm), so typically we’ll be cleaning when you’re away. Some businesses such as hotels, however, never close. We have methods to work in these conditions to protect your carpet while it dries and at the same time not inconvenience your guest. We’ll discuss all this when we meet.
