Padding is an important part of any rug. Rug padding protects the rug fibers from grinding into the hard surface underneath, extending their life. Rug pads can also prevent rugs from sliding. We are happy to discuss what kind of pad you should use for your rug.
It really depends. If they only need a superficial cleaning, we can clean them right where they are. If it’s been a long time since they’ve been cleaned or they have tough spots, spills or pet accidents, then it’s best to take them away to where we can give them a deeper cleaning. We’ll return them to you in pristine condition in just a few days.
See the question above. If your area ugs only need superficial cleaning, we can leave them there. Moisture will not penetrate all the way through. The other option is to take the rug outside for cleaning. We’ve cleaned rugs on driveways and in garages after cleaning the surface there first.
