IMPORTANT POINTS TO PREPARE FOR YOUR CLEANING

We will need access to water via a faucet or spigot.
We must have a parking spot within 150 feet of your front door in order for our hoses to reach. Please make sure that is available to us.
Though every effort is made to treat all stains, we cannot guarantee complete elimination but we will give it our all. If some stains require extra treatment not included in this quote, we'll let you know and you'll have the option to accept or not.
Our insurance company will not allow us to move furniture over 50 lbs.
